At Drive Medical at Home, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your mobility. If your apparel or accessories aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the included packing slip is placed inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
